I was born and raised in
the Bahamas where I received all of my earlier education in Episcopal Schools.
I graduated from high school at the age of sixteen and pursued education as a
career. I earned an Associate’s Degree from the College of the Bahamas in the
area of Psychology with a minor in Special Education. I continued my studies in
the United States earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, A Master’s Degree
in School Counseling, A Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership and a
Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership. I bring twenty-two years of
educational and administrative experience to LSGA. I started my career in Cobb
County as a special education teacher and high school counselor at Campbell HS.
I was promoted to administration at Campbell HS where I served one semester as
an Assistant Administrator before my promotion to an Assistant Principal at
Pebblebrook HS. I continued my career as an Assistant Principal at Pebblebrook
HS for four years before receiving my first principalship at Tapp MS. I have
also served as Principal at Campbell MS and Campbell HS. I am now elated to
serve as your principal at LSGA.
